Spacious room, clean room, with a lovely view of the parklands and equipped with a comfortable chair and footrest which were perfect for my recovery after twisting my knee on the cruise. The hotel is conveniently located near the free bus route that takes you to nearby attractions.

Had a 3-night stay in a Superior Balcony Twin room. The view from the balcony was a total highlight! The lounge area was chill for hanging out, and the free bus stopping right outside was super handy. Just a heads up, the parking layout is pretty tight and can be confusing. Overall, a solid spot with decent food options.

i had a lovely stay at mercure. the superior double room was great, and the location is super close to public transport. the outdoor swimming pool was a highlight. i also enjoyed the perfect coffee from the bar, it was my daily treat! overall, the service stood out as excellent and made my stay enjoyable.

There were several issues that really dragged down the experience. We ended up booked on two separate floors, which made our family stay a hassle. The coffee machine in the room wasn't cleaned properly and smelled off. The pool had a layer of moss around the perimeter. Noise from traffic was bothersome, especially at night, and the cork floors amplified any sound from neighbors in the hall. Additionally, the restaurant closing at 5 PM was an inconvenience, especially for families wanting to eat after a long day. If you're traveling with children, be prepared for a lack of practical solutions, like parking, which wasn’t available on-site. It's a frustrating setup for families trying to juggle everything.

Just an excellent fit for a swift stopover in Brisbane with high value for money. The spacious shower in the bathroom was a nice surprise after a long day. Consider parking a smaller car due to tight corners.

The location was perfect for our family trip, just a short walk from Roma Street station. We particularly enjoyed our time at the nearby parklands, where my daughter loved playing and we even caught a cinematic performance that was incredible!

In my wife’s opinion, the noise from kids running through the halls late at night was a real downside. Adding a designated quiet hour for families would really help improve the experience.
